ORDER, SHIPPING, AND RETURN POLICY

ORDERS

Humanness accepts Visa, MasterCard, credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Android Pay.

Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Please review your order details carefully before finalizing your purchase. Customers are responsible for any errors made during checkout.

You have 24 hours from the time of checkout to request changes or modifications to your order. Please email us at info@mielworld.com with any changes. Orders cannot be altered after this 24-hour period. Note that you may change your order only once.

Orders cannot be canceled.

Preorder payments are collected at the time of the order.

Orders placed after 4 p.m. EST will be processed on the next business day.


SHIPPING

Shipping addresses and methods cannot be changed once the order is placed.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped. For any inquiries about your order, please contact us via chat or email at info@mielworld.com.

We offer local delivery (1-3 business days) within 50 miles of our center in the New England region.

Standard ground shipping (5-7 business days) is available for orders within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Free shipping is available for orders over $200 within the United States.

Please allow 3-7 business days for order processing and shipping.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment once the order has been placed.

Processing and shipping times may be extended during product launches, holidays, and peak seasons.

Sales tax is calculated during checkout based on the shipping address.

We are unable to combine separate orders into a single shipment.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Outside the USA)

We offer Priority Mail for international orders. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing and shipping.

Shipping addresses and methods cannot be changed once the order is placed.

Shipping rates vary based on the estimated weight of the order and the destination.

Customers are responsible for any additional taxes or duties that may apply. Please consult your local authorities for more information.

International orders cannot be changed, canceled, returned, or refunded.

Please allow 7-10 business days for international orders to be processed.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS 

For orders within the United States, returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date. Contact us at info@mielworld.com to process your return. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds will be processed after we receive the returned goods. Please allow 10-14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

An email confirmation will be sent once the refund has been issued.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Sale items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or changed.

To be eligible for return, items must be in saleable condition, in their original packaging with tags attached, free from stains, wear, or damage. Items must be unopened, unworn, unaltered, and free from odors and fragrances.

Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the customer at their expense. We reserve the right to determine the condition of returned merchandise at our sole discretion.

If your package arrives damaged or opened, photograph the damage before inspecting the contents. File a claim with the courier and contact us at info@mielworld.com.

If we need to cancel your order due to product availability, we will notify you by email and issue a refund immediately. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.

SECURITY

We have fraud protection measures in place during checkout. If you receive an error message indicating "transaction cannot be processed," please contact your bank to authorize the transaction.

Your card will be charged for the total amount of your order, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.

All information provided to Humanness during the order process is confidential and secure.
